Charles Kenny, Esq., a graduate of Seton Hall University, obtained a B.A with Honors and was awarded his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall Law School. He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, the District of Columbia, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States Court of Appeals Third Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. He has over 29 years of success as a Trial Lawyer and is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney. Less than 2% of all attorneys in New Jersey have earned the distinction of being designated by the Supreme Court as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney.
Mr. Kenny has served as a Supreme Court Appointed Special Ethics Master for over 20 years and is a former Chair of the District VA Ethics Committee. He served for six years as Trustee of the Hudson County Bar Association and is currently a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the New Jersey Association for Justice, and the Hudson County Bar Association.
Charles also serves as a Court appointed Arbitrator in Hudson County for R.4:21A-1 Arbitration. He is a former three term President of the Board of Education of the Matawan-Aberdeen Regional School District and served on the Board of Education for ten years. He is also the Co-Founder of Christine's Crusaders, a family fund-raising team that raises money for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Christine's Crusaders has raised over $440,000.00 since its inception.
Charles also participates in many competitive 5K and 5 mile runs which raise funds for numerous charities and has served on the Board of Directors as a volunteer for the New Brunswick based charity, Friends Health Connection.
